RAAF Heritage Awards

The RAAF Heritage Awards commenced in 1987 with the aims of enhancing our historical records and art, and to foster and encourage interest in the RAAF's heritage. The Awards are conducted in parallel to RAAF History Conference, with the winning entries being presented at the Conference's conclusion. There are two categories of entries - art and literature. The Air Force retains all winning entries and since its inception a valuable collection of works has been amassed. It is anticipated the next Award presentation will be in 2007.
