Requesting Air Force Public Displays or Performances
Defence receives many requests for public displays from the community each year. Most of these are managed by regional Defence Support Staff who can be contacted on (02) 6265 2999.
You may apply for Air Force-specific assistance, such as fly-pasts or balloon displays, by completing the attached application form (Word 34K) and faxing it to (02) 6265 5995. Requests are considered in light of the budget, tasking, location, audience and other factors. Other events may be added but planning is generally conducted in May for July-December and November for January-June.
Note: Defence or Air Force participation in any event may be altered or cancelled at short notice due to operational requirements.
