Identification
Process - Base Access
Access
Controllers employed at base entry points are required to ensure
the validity of a persons access pass before granting access
to that person. Therefore scrutiny of some members may be more
intense than others. All personnel are to present, and if requested,
temporarily surrender their identity card/base pass to Access
Controllers.
To
establish positive identification, the removal of sunglasses may
be requested and personnel riding motorcycles may be required
to remove their helmets. To facilitate this process during morning
peak entry periods, motorcyclists entering through the Main Gate
are to use the left entry lane.
