Paint Shop
When the RAAF Museum moved in to the engineering facilities of No 1 Flying Training School in 1993, it was fortunate enough to inherit that unit's Paint Shop. This facility has allowed the Museum to do refinishing, corrosion treatment and stripping in house in support of restoration and display activities. At present, our staff and volunteers have a number of small projects underway, as well as assisting with the progress of major tasks such as the Mosquito restoration.
